Amenah Bed & Breakfast has been renovated by your hosts, Graham and Joan. Guests can enjoy a relaxing and comforting ambience, with all the space and privacy that holidaymakers or business travellers may need.

We have two bedrooms on offer. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, full-length mirrors, clock/radios and lamps. There are quality, ironed sheets on all beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room, which sleeps two.

A large private living room is available for guests to enjoy, with LCD TV, DVD/VIDEO player, stereo, playstation, CD/DVD library, magazines, games, etc. Also, there is a bar-fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery/cutlery. Everything guests need to make their stay with us a memorable and happy occasion!

There is a bathroom with a separate shower and bath, large vanity mirror, hairdryer and luxurious towels. Also a separate toilet. As there is one bathroom, we only take bookings from guests travelling alone, with friends, or families. There is no sharing with strangers! Enjoy a sound sleep in our cosy beds, then wake to a yummy cooked or continental breakfast. The choice is yours!

Just around the corner for a round of golf, or short drive to many antique centres, wineries, cinemas, bush walks and Frankston's award-winning beach and foreshore. Or just relax on our decking and enjoy the melodic sounds of Graham's finches! Amenah is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
